It Starts with David Ricker Sr. to David Ricker Jr. to son George Ricker who gets ill then sells to his wife Etta who sells it back to David Ricker Jr. who then sells it to son in law Ephriam Lawrence both he and his wife die months apart then the homestead is sold to Kilborn Perham who moves the home to his lot and turns it into a garage.
